Origin Service:
At origin, your household goods are packed, wrapped, and loaded all by the same crew into heavy-duty air or sea containers. Your furniture and appliances are further protected by export wrap, specially developed for the high rate of handling in international moving. Your move is arranged for transit by rail, air, or sea using our expertise in customs clearance and international move practices. Hollander Internationals' membership in both domestic and international moving associations provides you with reputable, qualified agents worldwide.
In-Transit Service:
Contact while the goods are in-transit is usually within the parameter of providing status updates on the movement of the shipment via the Internet. If, for some reason, your shipment would not move as planned, or is detained by customs, we will notify you immediately.
Post-Move Communication:
We will contact you to schedule a delivery date and to address any questions or concerns you may have. Approximately one week after the goods are delivered we will again contact you to solicit information on the quality of your move and to resolve any issues and answer questions that the you may have.
